WOD playing soldier SEPT 11

for time

  • 15 thrusters
  • 15 burpees

Introducing Crossfit to soldiers for the first time. We walked through the movements, and we gave them this workout. It’s always a little awkward when your’e doing a thruster for the firs time- definitely we all can improve on our technique and how we move for efficiency.
